, my. I don’t know what I like more. The gorgeous photos, the absolutely fresh ingredients, or the simplicity of the foods. This “taste” of Morocco is just that, a few beautiful, easy recipes that anyone can pull together, even after a hard day at work.

Fresh drinks with a Moroccan flavour, lovely fresh salads like Pomegranate Salad with spring greens, dates, pecans and goat cheese with Pomegranate dressing, her mother’s chicken soup, Beef Tangine with Okra and Tomato (the first thing I intend to make!) and other mouthwatering recipes that I can hardly wait to try.

If you love fresh foods which by their very simplicity provide a beautiful plate, you can’t go wrong with this lovely little book!

I received this book from the publisher in exchange for a realistic review. All thoughts are my own – and now I have to go make something wonderful to eat!
